Login and registration
One account follows you across Android, iPhone and Windows. Get the current package first, then sign in — do not hunt for a second “special” file.
Register
Use a mobile number you control. Complete any SMS or in-app check shown in the current build. Set a password you will not paste into chat. Registration is for adults only.
Sign in
Enter the same username or number on every device. Favourites sit on the account, not on the handset. A new phone only needs a fresh install plus this login. After you are in, the lobby is the same catalogue.
Forgot password
Use the in-app recovery on the signed-out screen. Support can help if recovery fails, but they should never ask for a full banking PIN or OTP.
If login fails
Wrong passwordReset it. Do not create a second account for the same number.
Account lockedContact support with the registered number.
New deviceInstall first, then sign in.
